∞ XXIV. Until the Bitter End

The corpse of Forks had been burned to ashes, the young newly created insisted on spreading away. He will not be missed now that some was reduced to dust.
- Now I have left is just take care of you. - His gaze fell on Seiko, who was trying to heal his wound - I believe that one can now be discarded.
- Adrian, do not be presumptuous.
The Vampire crimson eyes gave a half smile for malignant Anthony, who felt a great shiver down your spine.
- Glad to know my name. At least someone still remembers me.
- How not remember? Because of you, all Walker are doomed.
The white fangs of Adrian were on display with the angelically devilish smile.
- And I know you all must be grateful to have eternal life and immunity against all human diseases and pests.
- I can not confirm his theory.
Blake was understanding the conversation without even knowing anything about it and barked:
- You're telling me that we are bound to suffer from it because of this kid? This is ridiculous!
- I'm older than all of you together, Blake Walker. I created the Walker family. Can not see the resemblance? - He opened his arms - This is my true form and preserved. That butler was only one host so I could save my body and keep me well even younger.
Blake walked toward Seiko and helped to heal the wound on his forehead.
- Let's go back inside, it no longer interests me.
Adrian growled. He had never despised by anyone before and would not start now. No descendants it would ignore it while I was there.
- Blake!
- You think you can give her back to me and just ignore me? What I did with Forks will be nothing compared to what I'll do with you.
Adrian knew the place the throat of a vampire that could cause it not death, but an even greater suffering than Forks had.
- It's a little painful to punish one of my offspring, but if you must ... - he laughed to himself, as if telling a joke that only he could understand - what I'm saying? It seems I'm still stuck that stupid butler. Furthermore, it is not painful at all.
Blake was not willing to give in to a vampire whose pride ruled their actions. He did not like to admit it, but Adrian was strong.
- Blake!
Adrian glanced toward Scarlet and Anthony.
- I think I'll start with you two, but I'm still uncertain as to what to do.
Blake managed to reverse the situation and was hanging Adrian, who did nothing to stop it. His gaze was not even facing the vampire, but to Seiko, who was being restrained by Anthony and wrathful gaze on him.
- What are you laughing at?
- Her sister is extremely pleasant with that look.
Blake even more shook hands and Adrian was beginning to feel the lack of oxygen, but still had power to something else before the boy could leave you with the neck vertebrae.
- I think I have no further business with you. What I wanted is already done.
- What are you ...
He heard the cry of his mother and then his blood began to drip and deep throbbing pain in his back. Adrian smirked, unable to contain a laugh.
- What do you think of this? My power is awesome, do not you think?
Blake did not have to turn to know that the person who had spiked the knife in his back was Seiko. He looked at the enemy, with their interior carrying a vehement anger. However, Adrian's eyes were gray, which showed that he was no longer willing to do anything against him.
Finally he looked at her sister, whose eyes were red like those of Adrian. His parents were on the floor, unconscious, but there was a trail of his own blood on the Persian rug in the room. Seiko He held her shoulders tightly.
- Seiko, I know you get that damn expel from within you.
- There is no one besides me.
- Listen, I do not want to use force against you. That's exactly what Adrian wants.
- I do not want to be part of a family of traitors wannabes! Now I understand why Forks want to see the end of all!
Blake looked deeply into her eyes. Were in the original color again and he could see the fear and insanity taking hold of her mind. The fact that she had seen the grotesque way Forks died and the act of betrayal of Adrian with own clan left her shaken serious way.
- Seiko, listen. It's okay, you'll get over it.
- No it's not.
She covered her face with her hands. It was not just that she's seen a few minutes ago, but she did not even know what I was seeing. In his mind, the fragments of some memories of Jasper passed by her, which made it possible to see everything from when the butler left the mansion of the Walker. Attacks with the stake in Mary, her blood dripping and the pained expression on her face was something that left her terrified. See Scott was killed with several blows cutting helped make her lose what little sanity he had left. Yes, she knew that, as a vampire, would presencias scenes with blood and terror, but all that was etched in her mind was too much to bear. Seiko started seeing blood everywhere she looked, even in the face of your brother's blood drove her crazy.
- Honey, please.
- No!
Blake saw her sobbing while trying to stay as far away from him as possible.
It hurts, does not it? Adrian's laughter echoed in the boy's mind. She can not leave this state of madness, not now that she's seen all she needed.
The images that plagued Seiko quickly passed through the mind of Blake.
- Seiko ...
He tried to hug her, but saw that it was late.
- What happened to her?
Blake did not reply, but Anthony did not need anything more than the tears of the boy and the girl's expression of fear. He put his hand on his son's shoulder.
- How come?
- I do not know. But ... She can not stand.
- She will not stand.
Anthony looked at his son, who was kneeling beside the girl.
- I did not think we'd get to this point.
- Blake ...
- Come with me, please. At least one more time.
She gave in, and trembling with the cold damp face tears flowed. Blake hugged her cautiously and Seiko felt a sting on his neck, as on the night he was scheduled to be a vampire. By losing his sanity, she could not see clearly what was happening to her. The only thing she felt was that I was running out of strength, but at least it was in the arms of the person you loved and trusted.
Seiko saw a tear slip from the face of his brother, but did not know why. She wiped his face with one hand.
- I'm so sorry.
- It was my fault ... But now I'm going to fix that.
At the same time he drained her blood, he lost it in the cut he had on his back. Were tied. None of them could live.
- Will we be together?
- Until the bitter end that awaits us.

∞ XXIII. Listen to your Poison

- Forks, is feeling?
- Yeah They're back.
- You can do your job now, am I right?
Forks did not respond. He was focused on knowing their location at the time to pay attention to the irrelevant questions Henry at that time. Also there was something that bothered him and tried to make him forget all that. However, the fact of being considered a traitor without merit hammered stronger than any force that could make him change his mind.
You've been betrayed and called a traitor. Why stop now? He told himself. In addition, all he saw the world being what it is today since very ancient times and did not see anything, so it would die back to being human because of age would have. No body ever bear to live as he lived half a millennium.
A shadow moved behind the trees on the property of Walker and there was the sound of leaves being crushed by calculated steps, but could still be heard clearly.
- Henry.
- Yes, sir.
The golden eyes of Henry observed shadow direction and he leapt fiercely at the people that were hidden.

Seiko fell at the feet of Forks while Blake was trying to find a way to Henry, who fired into the window of the mansion.
- Blake?
- What are you looking at? Seiko is in trouble.
- Jasper! Please stop it!
The vampire threw Seiko against the wall, causing a cut on her forehead. The smell of blood stirred him, but the important thing was to kill her and do this by taking her blood would not help anything.
Why are you hesitating? He said to himself, with a voice that he was unaware They are all exactly where you wanted, why not end this once? The voice sounded angry and the poison that ran through the veins of Forks made his body burn inside. I do not care about their suicidal idea in wanting to go back to human, but why are you leaving the memories of your past control you? Forks not had to answer to anyone else, even if the source of the questions were within it. He did not care that his body turn into ashes or combust because of the poison, which now seemed to be made of fire.
- You can not order me around. - He hissed to the voice inside - If I decide to do nothing, the decision is mine and not yours.
A low growl formed in the dark of his soul. Are you challenging me?
Yes, I am, Forks answered, but in the depths of his conscience. What will you do about it?
It would be better for you to obey me ...
The Walker walked away when they saw Forks kneel, closed throat. Oxygen simply was nothing more for their lungs. The ferric taste of blood trickled down his mouth and reached the lungs. He felt severe pain, as if someone had given him a hard punch in the stomach and had removed what little oxygen he had left. Blood trickled from his mouth, staining the grass Crimson, who was taking a human form.
- Jasper!
 Anthony contained Scarlet
- We can not interfirir. He disobeyed his own thoughts and that is the price to pay. The poison will never forget.
She looked back at the old butler, who was languishing as his blood turned into something of flesh and bone. It was shaped like a human, but the energy was too strong for that. He was a boy who could not be older than Blake. An overcoat that covered up the legs did not allow to evaluate the physical size of it. Her hair was blacker than the darkness itself and fell over her eyes, which, no doubt, was what really drew attention and caused fear. Were red as blood and devoid of any emotion, since it was not even a living being until now.
Forks, which was the last thread of his life, still managed to see the figure that had taken shape from his own life. The vampire's eyes, that looked like a demon, turned to the butler.
- If you had listened to your poison, you would not be this way. - His eyes narrowed - It does not matter anymore, you're already dead.

∞ XXII. Fade Away

We received news that Forks finally appeared and was looking for us. Blake was tense, wondering if we should go back to Liverpool or not, seeing that the enemy seek us out of town. Our father said by telephone that Forks could find us very easily, because there was only Manchester as alternative location search. However, if his intuition was clever, he could find in the first attempt.
- What do we do?
- The best is back. No use staying here for him to find us.
Blake and I do not worry about the luggage, since that was what mattered in the least time. Should return as soon as possible until we could definitely see the situation without any difficulty.
Asked Blake about why the intrigue between our family and Forks, but he did not tell me much. He said that our parents do not like to talk about it and what was just told that Forks was the former human family butler whose health was poor and he did not die, our grandmother, Mary, turned him into a vampire and thereafter he raged and left the service without saying anything at all. This left me confused. Why would he be furious? After all, if he knew he was working for vampires, it was an undeniable fact that he would sooner or later become one of the same species.

- Why you are not able to forget this, Forks? Our mother just did it to save you.
- At first, I felt resentment for the transformation, however, the love and devotion that I had the family you had no price, but I think I was too blind.
The Scarlet's expression softened, but Anthony was not willing to let your guard.
- So what's the problem? Jasper, please, we want to put an end to it so we can all be at peace.
   Forks did not immediately respond.
- I do not want to hear that name.
- But this is and always will be your name. Jasper, you also took care of us for a long time, why can not we have confidence in each other now?
- The phase of confidence ended a long time ago Scarlet Walker.
- Then why did you do nothing? You managed to kill our parents in a single night, you can do the same now.
Yes, it is true, it could eliminate two people at once and save work. However, the joyful faces of children ran through the mansion were still engraved in his mind in a way impossible to ignore. He saw the little Anthony be transformed into what is seen today as Scarlet born and grow.
Henry was watching, waiting to see the chain of reactions that dominate the face of his master, who so far proved quite cold and indifferent to everyone around him. He knew exactly each point of the story and then could judge the situation. However, he saw nothing that would accuse any sign of weakness.
- Henry, let's look for the other two. They can not have gone far. Thus take care of all at once.
- Yes, sir.

We could feel the presence of Forks so we entered the city. The atmosphere was dense Liverpool, but only a vampire could feel the change. Apparently, he had not gone to look for us and what resulted was a bad thing, since he could feel our presence.
- We fall into a trap.
- We can not go back?
- It's too late.
Blake looked at me with sadness and pain. We could not escape. We had to face what was coming.
- At least we'll be together.
- This is not exactly a consolation.
- I can not think of a consolation right now.
He did not answer, just followed the rest of the road at high speed. I do not know what kind of plan he had in mind, but I've had a knot in your stomach before you even know.

∞ XXI. Many years Ago

Westminster was the home of Mary and Scott Walker. It had been five years after the war of the roses and was returning to England on track.
A knock on the door wide mansion Walker surprises.
- Please have the lady a corner so that I can spend this cold night?
His voice was accompanied by an accent. He was a boy with brown hair tangles and hazel eyes born of suffering. The face was covered in scratches caused by cold and biting wind that hit the boy's pale skin. His clothes were shabby and grimy. He should have a maximum of twenty years in that day.
Mary looked at her husband, who then turned to the door.
- Please, sir. Even the floor is better than me standing in the cold.
The Walker looked at each other.
- Come in.
- I. .. I do not know how to thank you, sir. Thank you very much.
Scott, evaluating how sleazy the boy was asked:
- I suppose you're hungry.
   The boy shrugged, embarrassed.
- The truth is that I didn't eat absolutely nothing for three days.
The look of the hosts became more complacent before the misery in which he was the guest. Amelia, one of the maids, pacing the corridors and Scott instructed to get a room and clean clothes for the boy after making him a hot bath.
- N-No need, I do not want to bother them.
- Nonsense. Not welcome you under compulsion. Therefore, we want to pass a good night here.
Even with a room for a guest, it was something extremely luxurious for someone who was used to living on the streets and sleeping on park benches completely outdoors. The hot tub water was something strange for him because he was used to the cold rainwater.
Dinner served him out then. A bottom plate of soup with breads, fine cheeses and a glass of mulled wine. He never thought he would have a large meal like that, but he felt a bit embarrassed by it.
- I have not thank you enough for that.
- Not necessary. What is your name?
- My name is Jasper Forks, sir. Wales came here in search of work, but so far have not found any.
- I'm sure you'll find something. After all, you are still young and have energy to spare. What were you doing in Wales?
- I was steward of an important family, but they moved to France and left me for not knowing how to speak French fluently.
- That's good. Even if you do not speak fluently. Few stewards who have some knowledge.
- Thank you, sir. Know also read and write perfectly. Some time ago, I learned Latin and a little about how to handle a sword.
- You are a rare butler.
Jasper smiled shyly and bowed his head in respect.
- You must be tired - Mary intervened - Have a good night.
- Good evening, gentlemen.
   He bowed deeply before retiring.
- It is unfortunate what happened to this guy.
- No doubt. But he must find a suitable place.
Scott stopped at the first rung of the ladder and looked at Mary, with a countenance.
- I know this look ... However, it still may not know what we are.
- He does not need to know now. It is still too young to understand.
- So it's decided.

Jasper was forced to wake up and say goodbye to that comfortable bed and into the mansion that housed overnight. The house was absolutely silent, yet so that he could leave. Yes, he knew it would be completely devoid of education act, but would not have to say to them.
Donned their old costumes, but they were washed, and went silently from the room into the hallway.
- Jasper Forks.
It was the voice of Mary. What were they doing awake so early?
- Where do you think will dress this way?
   He swallowed.
- Well .. I do not want to bother any longer. I will be forever grateful for the treatment they gave me, even if it was for just one night.
Scott was going up the stairs as he heard the conversation and put his hand on the boy's shoulder, startling him.
- And who says you will be a nuisance? Mary and I got me a deal last night.
- I do not understand, sir.
Scott put a clothes butler on the hands of Jasper.
- We're counting on you, Butler Forks.
His hands were shaking, a mixture of joy and disbelief. Finally he knocked on the right door.
- I will always be available.
- Then go change. We have an appointment in a couple of hours and you should join us.

Jasper became the best butler in the region. The most faithful, refined and helpful than any noble house would have. Only twenty years, Walker had absolute confidence in him and taught him fluent french and german as well, causing it could accompany them on trips outside of England.

The faithful steward was already twenty-nine when Anthony Walker, the youngest son of the family was born. Even if it were no relatives, he had some affection for children, but without losing the attitude that Butler had. This made the whole family always had as someone dear. They never ignored his birthday and not the date on which he became butler. Jasper never had such a happy life.
However, one day all the loyalty he had for the Walker family was put to the test when he was called up to the double bedroom with hot water and towels to assist the Mary.
He heard the crying boy Anthony and knocked. Mary gave the command to him to get the same second.
Jasper had to struggle not to overthrow in his hands at the sight. The pale neck was bleeding and Mary Anthony was dirty with bloody lips.
- Don't fear, Jasper.
He saw a pair of white fangs as milk parts when the woman spoke to him. Yes, the butler had heard rumors about the existence of vampires, but what could not imagine was that the family he so cherished was composed only of aristocratic vampires.
- Mrs. Walker ... You all ...
- Do not tell him before because he was too young to understand. However, after ten years on our side, it is your right to know who is serving.
   He was trembling slightly.
- We will not do any harm to you, you need not fear. If our intention was to kill you, do not think we would have done it the first day you knocked on our door?
She was right. They would not wait ten years to attack him.
- Now help me.
Jasper was still awesome, but could not believe that family that both estimated could kill you now. Both they and the children were attached to him and the feeling he had for them was no different.
- Yet still with us, Jasper?
- Sure, lady. Even that will not distract me from this family. I just ask that I can morer serving them as human.
   Mary smiled.
- But of course. Unless you want to become one of us.
- Not quite yet, ma'am.

Everyone says they can not deny one fact we do not know the future. However, he did not have much choice.
Jasper had contracted a horrible flu, which was about to turn into pneumonia, which would be almost certain death. The butler was naquea situation two months ago and still insisted on serving the family, no matter what they asked him to rest.
One morning, the boy was burning with fever and could barely keep my eyes open. The doctor said the butler thirty-two years did not pass that day.
- I recommend that you find a new butler. I am sorry.
   Jasper still reacted.
- I'm sorry about that. Anyway, I will die happy to have served you during these twelve years. Even in the afterlife will not forget what they did for me, ever.
The family heart ached to think they would lose a beloved butler. The Walker never afeiçoavam someone, but Jasper was the only exception. It was as if the boy were a family member.
- Scott, you think it's too late?
- Never be late. We can not lose someone as valuable as him.
- What we do?
- You better. I do not have much sensitivity in canines.
Mary remembered the request of the young butler, but the idea of losing him was painful for the whole family. She bent close to the boy and did what had to be done.
His eyes opened spontaneously, but he was still the same, with the only difença is that it would be an immortal butler, as well as the family.
Jasper frowned, feeling pain in my neck and took his hand to the wound. He felt the imprint of prey Mary and her hand was dirty with his own blood.
- I do not believe ... Why? I asked to die as a human.
- Jasper, could not just let him die. You are of paramount importance to us all.
   Butler's eyes conveyed rancor.
- I was happy even after knowing that he was serving vampires, however, I said I wanted to become one of you! I was loyal to them and answered every wish you could have, so why not fulfilled my one desire?
They fell silent. For a moment, thought that their happiness would be the same as Jasper, but were mistaken. The butler went out the window, embittered.
The children, who were already old enough to understand what was happening, Jasper cried when viewed from out of nowhere. Mary and Scott did not know what to do to have it back in the family. Yes, they had guilt for not respecting his request and now had no excuse to bring him back.

The cold and hunger no longer affected the most. Jasper had nowhere to go and felt moved. After all, he thought he dedicated his entire life to take care of human Walker family, but he cheated. He knew they had not done any harm, but to continue with it. However, he never violated anyone's desire and the least he wanted was to have died there. The butler had nothing against vampires, just did not want to become one of them. He heard that, to become human again, he should put an end to the whole family, as well as their poison disappear. However, he did not dare raise their hands against the family that gave him a chance without even knowing it. Decided to go back and try to redeem himself, but before he went out the window, he heard Scott say to one of the children, who cried:
- Jasper will not come back, he does not like us anymore.
- But ... - was the voice of Scarlet.
- He betrayed us, my little one, forget it.
That was not true. He loved that family. However, after that, stepped back and began to think about how to be human again. If he was a traitor in the philosophy of Walker, then he would become a traitor.

He patiently waited another ten years until he decided to return to the mansion to get free. Used the acute hearing and heard Mary in the room, apparently alone. Jasper had a stake in his coat pocket and held it. Broke in the room slightly and quickly stabbed the woman at heart, causing it could give only a faint cry of pain.
He left the hall when he saw the shadow of Scott, but had no time to hide and was forced to make a melee, which was laborious, since even unwilling to accept, Mr. Walker was stronger. However, even his strength was not sufficient to prevent the entry of the stake into his chest.
There remained only the heirs, who were already teenagers. He heard their breathing coming from the room and went quietly, with the stake prepared. But Jasper still see the faces of the children who were always in the kitchen with him, watching him prepare tea and meals. He had done a lot for one day and could not finish the job not to look so suspicious. Went out the window quickly, but ended up making a noise when it was going down to the garden.
He heard the cry of brothers and it broke his heart, but had been placed in their minds the image of a traitor, therefore, of no use to pity. He'll end the service, but in another day.

∞ XX. Toxic

- You're telling me that they simply disappeared from the city? My orders were clear, were not you?
- Yes, my lord. However ... Why, how would I know that they would disappear? Why would you even do not care for this type of service?
- Henry, you're confronting me?
- Does it matter?
Forks was unhappy with the lack redhead vampire. By Henry be centuries younger, he should have no more disposition to pursue and take care of the Walker Brothers, for it was this mission that he had received from the moment we stepped in Liverpool. After a long time waiting for the exchange to be undone, everything was lost because someone incompetent simply instructed to do this service.
- You are separated from service, as good for nothing.
 Henry's golden eyes narrowed.
- I will not be like a toy you. Forks, you will not just dismiss me.
- You're right, I can not do that yet. After all, who is going to find them again?
- Honestly, I still do not know why I keep working with you. Why don't you stop this obsession?
- You say that just because they did not suffer at the hands of Walker.
- From what I know, what happened to you was the fault of the previous generation, not theirs. Have you got what it wanted.
- Not yet. That girl still has a resqúcio what is holding me back.
- And what are you waiting for, exactly?
- Any sign of where they may be.
Henry did not hold an ironic laugh.
- You did not say you had servants everywhere in the world? Why not get in touch with them?
- I'm not talking to each of them. Do you have any idea how many cities are there in the world?
- That's right. And what will you do then?
- Let's make a brief visit to remaining in Liverpool.

Received no news of what was going on in York on account of the spies from Forks and that was a problem. They were all arrested and dependent on the vampire could do from now on.
- How dare you of the guys here?
- No need to get angry. I'm not alone.
Neither Scarlet nor Anthony had to go to the door. Forks came naturally, like he owns everything.
- You took to appear. It seems, his messenger is not as efficient as it looks, is not it?
- It does not matter. Where you hid your children? Not feel their presence in any corner of this city.
- They do not have to treat the subject with you. None of us have reason to talk to you.
Forks arched a brow graying. Their resistance was admirable, as they could divert the course of the conversation with ease.
- If you do not owe nothing to me, because they say it took me to get here?
Anthony was angry, but Scarlet caught her husband.
- We will not continue with this game, right? Forks, why do not you just back to Westminster and continues with his bitter life?
- Scarlet, my dear, it is easy for you to say it is not you who are stuck at a family level of you.
- We have no fault. Forks, you know we're sorry, we've talked about it.
Forks closed his eyes and turned his head sideways, thoroughly embittered. Yes, he remembered the conversation he had with Walker long ago, but what happened was inexcusable. Yes, they saved his life, but with this, he had a worse sentence than the death prórpria.
- Yes, I know. But nothing will give me back what I lost. This is due to the toxin that you carry. And the only way I can get rid of it is to end in the last generation of this family.
- Do you think you can find Blake and Seiko?
- They may not have left the country. I know at the same time. Thus, I will find them quickly. Moreover, there are only two cities that are not under my supervision: York and Manchester.

∞ XIX. Watch me Burn

Blake was increasingly tense and his protective instincts grew stronger by the second.Yes, I knew it was because of Henry, but I also knew there was something more. However, I preferred to remain silent, since both I as he was with the nerves in tatterswith all this. We were there a week ago and so far there has been no word on the whereabouts of Forks. My brother believed severely that soon could have a surprise, but I no longer know what to say. I didn't know the enemy, but from what Blake told me, I don't have good impressions. Besides, if my parents helped in this onslaught, is because it was something serious.
At the same time, I was starting to feel weird, but attributing it to the sudden change of scenery that I did and I still wasn't used to it. York was very different for me.
-For how long will we have to stay here?
-Until Forks decides to appear.
-And that could take how long?
He looked at me blankly.
-I have no idea.
I was not knowing what to do, and for a moment I thought I had become a burden for him, that was coming toward me, looking wounded.
-Come with me to the garden. I want to check something.
For a moment I feared what he wanted to check, but I followed. The sky was cloudy, but a few rays of Sun managed to get to where we were. Blake was in the shadows, andnow I understood why.
I walked towards the beam of light and extended my hand. Nothing had changed, I was still completely immune to Sun.
However, I was wrong. My hand started to burn and the same wounds that appearedin Blake now appeared in me and were torturantemente painful. I went back to the shadow and ended up bumping him, who left his forehead against mine.
-You woke up too early.
He lowered the collar of the shirt and approached the neck of my lips.
-I don't want you to have that wound. Drink until they heal.
My hand began to hurt depending on the burn and it made me feel the sweet blood ofBlake dripping down my throat. It was painful for me to feel to be punching a skin so soft like his, but it was necessary. In addition, his arms were pushing me gently against him, like the first time.
-Whenever you have a burn like this, needs the blood of someone who loves youunconditionally,
His eyes acquired a gentle glow in that instant. Yes, I already knew that and didn't needto prove anything. You didn't have to be a vampire with heightened senses to knowhow he felt. At least, my burn was completely healed.
-Take care not to be more exposed to the Sun from now on, unless you want to beburned alive.
-Not while it's not finished.
Blake not outlined any positive reaction. In fact, even he should know what he wasthinking at that moment. Anyone who saw him say he was a wax statue.
-Blake?
-It's nothing. he shook his head to rid himself of thoughts-Let's go, there's nothing elseto do here.
He underwent a ray of sunshine and the wounds began to take care of the right side of his face. I pulled away, terrified.
-Blake! Do you want to kill yourself?
-This reminds me of when I was still human. Don't worry, the pain will disappear.
I didn't understand the sudden change of mood, but I preferred to remain silent.
-I do it all the time, don't worry about me.
-What?
-But don't feel bad. I would never let you see me burn. This is the most dishonorable todie.
I would like to know what was happening to him, but each has its days of delirium andfelt responsible for letting him immersed in their ideas alone.
