『XVI. Two lives, One soul』

  Hannah and Joseph finally found Blair in Duke 's mansion. Seeing as I was a girl, both hunters were flabbergasted . Relamente would not return to that transformation , but everyone knew that it was for the greater good . Hannah was moved because that way Blair and Benjamin remembered was painful to remember the way he was killed .
- Unfortunately we have no choice ... - Joseph was talking to Duke about the reinforcements into battle - Hunters will never join us .
- I see ... The other vampires also will not cooperate with us .
- And all the army comes down to four of us ... We will not be able to do much.
- Blair has talent and has skills that no one else has and it complements the rest of the army .
  Hannah and Blair agreed , since they had nothing to lose. Sooner or later everything would start , so they should make the first move . The girl felt that the soul of Benjamin would be with her to give her strength and that was enough . She would do it for him and no one else .

  They waited until the next morning , where they began to gather weapons and all that was needed for battle . Blair was worried for not mastering his powers , but Duke assured him that she would know what to do at the right time . While he had time to rest , she thought of how everything happened like an avalanche in her life . All truth relentlessly poured out so she could process it all. Every feeling appeared and tore slowly , with no any chance to heal the wounds .

  At dusk , the quartet left the fort to give the beginning of the war . Richard lived in the same castle where Benjamin lived , however , built a mansion in the place of vast gray fortress. The group arrived in England after a few hours , but did not stop to rest even one second . Even outnumbered, they were determined and would not stop.

 The mansion of Richard was not so well guarded , so they managed to enter with ease . Crossed the immense garden of red roses until they found a window that was open . As they prepared to climb , some vigilantes appear and they decide to split . The hunters were in charge of the guards and Duke went to the back of the mansion , hoping to open the door for them . Blair saw nothing she could do and engaged in climbing to the open window of the first floor .
