25- Honor & Love

Kenshin did not give up to achieve a cure for Yume. Even with the refusal of Sesshoumaru, he would give the youki a youkai dog for her, or that to do so he had to die. Initially, he thought of asking for help Inuyasha, though he would not succeed because his uncle was half-youkai and no good against poison Taisen. The only solution was Sesshoumaru.
Still fists on the counter, he let a tear escape after the youkai left the lab. He wanted above all be with him Yume Nishimura, however, wanted a peaceful relationship with his father, who was the subject of great inspiration from the boy.
He came into the training ground running on the track to relieve his suffering. Kenshin did not stop for lunch, the track continued to improve his speed. The boy was weak and pale, but did not want to stop running, because that was the only thing that eased his concern. The camp was deserted for visiting parents of students, only he was there, alone, amidst the snow began to fall.
- Kenshin-senpai! - Yume called him, worried.

He did not answer. Just kept running over and over to get the voice of Yume his head. By weakness, he was forced to stop running and was greeted by wolf girl in a hug from her gentle and caring.
- Kenshin-senpai, why are you doing this? That will end with your health, please go eat something.
- I'm fine, Yume-chan, do not worry about me.
- What is happening? I do not hide anything, please, I love you and I know something's wrong.

Kenshin took her face between his hands cold and shaking him and placed a gentle kiss on her lips. He oscillated between honor and love, so he did not know which choice to make. That kiss made both forget the concern and if they spent just love that moment in the garden. It was the time when the parents came looking for the girl Yume: Takeo Nishimura and Yuki Nishimura, both youkai class Wolves and former allies of Sesshoumaru and saw the young couple together in the snow.
