Origins

  Nagoya, 50 years ago.

The quest for power has always been distinguished and youkai launched against humans and against other creatures. The feudal period was the most wars and by March had great possessions. The law of the jungle prevailed. Each battle dyed the grass fresh and green and red power domination controlled every corner of the hearts of soldiers and feudal lords.
In Nagoya, the period of wars out more tender. Despite being a great empire, the target was the largest kingdom of Osaka and it made the inhabitants of another city always remained in the shadows. This in part was a nuisance, but soon learned to live that way. The residents were happy and aristocrats too, until the birth of the sole heir of Shirou Takeshi, ruler of Nagoya and Princess Hikare Tokagushi.
The baby was a boy. He had brown hair and eyes the color purple. Having been a boy quiet and peaceful, he was named Kamui Shirou. In the early years of life, he was a great joy for the king, the queen and the whole kingdom, for that child born after the prayers of the villagers and the rulers so that all war ceased, so in the baby represented the end of the battle, he would be the one that would end all wars.

However, an oracle called Keido said that boy had a purpose that was yes, but not exactly the prayers of the people of Nagoya. however, would alone but not through it. The hope would, only in another way.
The king had been slaughtered and the princess desolate. Kamui was not the end of the war, after all. If not him, who could it be? And if the guy was not exactly the prayers of all, what would it be, anyway? This left the baby's parents even more worried.

Even during growth, Kamui was a child lovely and quiet. Whoever saw him, he never imagined that he would not be the end of wars. However, when he reached adolescence, he showed behavior very different from before. He became impatient and cold, cruel and calculating. He renounced everything to everyone, even parents, who saw the oracle's prophecy come true.
Realizing that the young man would have even more hostile behavior, they decided to consult Keido again. This, in turn, said that there was nothing to do but wait for an opponent with similar power to face it. The most we could do would be to exile the boy to avoid more disasters in the world.
But exiling Kamui would not be something easy. He did not accept being expelled from Nagoya, much less be exiled. Takeshi as Hikare, did not know what to do to convince him to go to a cave, which was in the borders of Inuyama.

On a rainy morning, the rulers of Nagoya receive the news that Kamui had disappeared during the night without a trace. At first, the king and the princess became concerned about the whereabouts of their son, however, they see a note neatly folded blankets on the couple, who announced his departure to exile. What made you change? No one ever knew. But to think that he was sure of himself and the world safe from him now was something that moved the kingdom of Nagoya toward a morning pain free.
