⌘ XIV. Is this the way it's got to be?

We should not be too far from there, just a few more meters, I'm sure.
Clara could not tell if he was doing the right thing, however, could not lie in bed waiting for something to happen. It was not just Date who needed help, but Demetria also wanted to help her and so the girl could not refuse. The fever grew increasingly leaving her with the feeling that her body was burning and delusions began to appear, masking any trace of sobriety that remained to her. The legs were limp and cold sweat trickled down her forehead. Anyway, quitting was the only alternative now that was far from the cottage and Veronica should be worried wildly behind her.
- Demetria ... You sure where we are going?
I know that your body is weak, but I can feel the presence of Date nearby. He is in the garden, I'm sure.
Clara remembered that Date had said that place was restricted and was special for him and Demetria, what made Clara feel an invasive. As she walked, she could see that I was near a garden because there were a lot of flowers, among them teeth dandelions, daisies, sunflowers and other flowers that she had never seen.
It's been so long since I've been here ... Anyway, we need to find Date.
She had already forgotten it. Date was the priority and Clara should use the last vestiges of strength he had left to help Demetria find it.
As she walked, the girl saw that the garden was huge and certainly well taken care of by someone, because there was not a weed there.
- I think there's no one here.
Date can not be anywhere else, wait a moment. Go to the lake, there you may drink some water and rest.
It was exactly what we needed at that time Clara. After taking a bit of fresh lake water, she lay down on the soft grass and allowed to sleep a bit in an attempt to dimunir fever.

Date was already adapted to take care of that place even if no one besides him frequent the garden. Demetria was no longer there to enjoy his work, but what mattered was inteded.
The breeze gently passed by him, causing him to look in the direction of movement of the flowers. Everything was perfect, without any harm to weed that garden. He looked at everything and thought it would be in all eternity he lay ahead. Date was already taking care of that garden for years and years and so far has remained stuck for an individual promise. Anyway, he did not think of that before you know Clara; his thoughts were changing and he was not even realizing it. Looked at the weeds that had taken off and threw them away there, hoping to also get rid of the thoughts I was having.
There was nothing more he could do for that reason went to the lake to take a little fresh water, but her throat was no longer significant after seeing one not far from where the body was lying on the floor. Date approached with due caution, but accelerated steps minutes later.
Clara's forehead was burning and she was delirious something he could not understand. He held the girl in his arms and carried her to the shade of a tree, since leaving it in the sun would not be right to do something. Surely she had escaped from home and he could not take it back because it would have serious problems with her family. So he had left were only two alternatives: to let her die there or take care of her until she is able to return alone.
Date could leave it as it was. After all, those with a fever the girl would not live any longer. However, he had already seen Demetria go through the same fever, delirium through the same situation and the boy did not want to see it again, especially with a person who was an almost identical copy of his sister. He had not much to do, as long as the potion took the old alchemist, no human disease has never affected him since.

Clara clearly felt something wet on his forehead and a cool breeze going through her, making her shiver with cold. Her body ached and she had no strength to even change position. Only managed to raise his right arm and grab something like wet cotton that was on her forehead.
A hand touched the girl's forehead, startling her.
- I thought you had gone.
- You are not on speaking terms. - Date placed a blanket over her. - Are you better now?
   She nodded.
- Where'd you get it?
- That's all I have from when everything happened. Now try to eat something, otherwise can not get up.
Clara managed to eat an apple and some blueberries because her stomach would not allow greater than what meal. Date was not fully pleased by the amount of food she ate, but at least everything was still inside her body. He traded the cotton for one that had more water, causing Clara wince.
- You need to sleep. His fever is lowering, but only sleeping is that you can get better.
She was close to falling asleep when you feel something solid near her.
Date does not do this forever. Enjoy it while he wants to take care of you.
- Demetria? You made me come here for that?
I told you to promise that he would take care of him, did not I?
- Yes, but ...
He can not take his mind thinking about the past. Now that you're here, there's a chance for Date can move on.
Clara could not find Demetria to say what he wanted, so he had to concentrate on sleep. Anyway, the closeness and warmth of Date prevented her from sleeping at first.
- Good night, Date.
   He did not answer immediately.
- Good night ... Clara.
It was the first time he said her name.
